Bear Naked: All Natural Granola, Oatmeal, Low Sugar Cereal and 100% Organic Hot Cereal
 
 
6 tbsp Bear Naked® Rolled Oats
2 large egg whites
¼ cup low fat cottage cheese
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 banana
  1. Place Bear Naked® Rolled Oats into a blender and process on high for 45 seconds to make oat flour.
  2. Transfer oat flour to mixing bowl.
  3. Add all other ingredients to bowl except banana.
  4. Cut banana in half and mash one half.
  5. Fold in mashed banana half to ingredients mixture. Stir until blended, about 10 strokes.
  6. Cook on griddle coated with cooking spray until bubbles start to form on top.
  7. Flip pancake and cook until golden brown.
  8. Transfer to a plate and mash remaining banana half as a pancake topping.
    (Our other favorite toppings include a tablespoon of maple syrup or honey or a dollop of nonfat cool whip.)
