6 tbsp Bear Naked® Rolled
Oats
2 large egg whites
¼
cup low fat cottage cheese

½ tsp vanilla extract
1 banana |

- Place Bear
Naked® Rolled Oats into a blender and process on high for
45 seconds to make oat flour.
- Transfer oat flour to mixing
bowl.
- Add all other ingredients
to bowl except banana.
- Cut banana in half and mash one
half.
- Fold in mashed banana half to ingredients mixture.
Stir until blended,
about 10 strokes.
- Cook on griddle coated with
cooking spray until bubbles start to form on top.
- Flip
pancake and cook until golden
brown.
- Transfer to a plate and mash remaining
banana half as a pancake topping.
(Our other favorite toppings
include a tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
or a dollop of nonfat
cool whip.)
